Heritage Trail Vineyards is located on 38 scenic acres. The property includes an antique cape farmhouse, a tasting room and gift shop, as well as two barns and three ponds. Artisan wines are handcrafted from grapes grown on the premises. The property, which generates additional revenue by hosting wedding receptions and other events, is zoned for a winery cafe for up to 100 people, and is located an easy ride from several of Connecticut's top tourist attractions. The property was recently added to the National Historic Register.
