SWEET RESERVE: This wine is produced from 30% Seyval and 70% Cayuga white grapes. It is selectively picked at the peak of ripeness and the juice is allowed to ferment slowly at cool temperatures until it is semi-sweet. The subtle nuances of dried apricot and pineapple blend nicely with the wine’s pure, sweetly balanced finish to make it the perfect accompaniment to your favorite foods. SWEET RESERVE may also be enjoyed as an aperitif. $25 glass $8

SHETUCKET RED: Created from a cross of Buffalo and Baco Noir grapes, the Rubiana grape is one of the best wine-making red hybrids from cooler climates. The Rubiana grape retains the deep color and fruity flavor of Buffalo and the good tannin structure, cherry aromas, and pleasant finish of the Baco Noir. Then blended with Merlot for an extremely mellow result. SHETUCKET RED is aged in French oak for a year. This wine is excellent with light meats, pizza, pasta, and cheese dishes. Estate Bottled $25 glass $8

ROCHAMBEAU RED: New in 2007, this complex wine is a combination of Villard Noir, Chambourcin, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon. It was initially fermented in stainless for 20 days, then transferred to aged French oak, and finally racked to Medium toast, American oak barrels. A distinctive vanilla essence emerges from a garnet colored background with blackberry and cassis tastes as well as hints of smoke and dark chocolate. ROCHAMBEAU RED is excellent with red meats and bold cheeses. $25 glass $8
